I just completed a JDM swap in my 93 es300 now I can not get it to start it cranks and I'm getting fuel to the rails and spark to the plugs. I have done work on other engines before but this was my first swap. I'm stumped on what to do anyone with ideas pleas help.
Thanks

did u do the timing belt when u did the swap? this usually happens when u put on the rear bank cam gear on wrong since there are two ways the cam gear can slide in.

What year vehicle did the donor engine come from? Same year, 93?

In changing the water pump, you did necessarily have to remove the tensioner and loosen the belt which could throw off the valve timing. Did you carefully verify that the cam timing marks aligned with the crank timing mark even after several revolutions of the crank? BTW, you should always put a brand new timing belt on while in there replacing the pump. You do not know how much life is left on the belt by a visual inspection.

I'm not familiar with the swap but are the harness plug and play? Did you check all the fuses and relays?
If you're getting fuel to the rails and spark, spray some starting fluid into the intake and see if it runs for a second. Then you can now narrow it down to injector signal if so.
