Default How to tighten up loose rear view mirror..

I did my research, and there's NOTHING I could possibly find for a 2001 3ES..

It started being much more noticeable today with the wobbly/loose movement when going in higher freeway speeds and from the vibrations of the bass from the subwoofer.
Is there a way I can get to or find where the screws of the base are located? I didn't want to touch anything into escalating the problem.. Please help!

HOW DID YOU FIX THIS!?!? I have a ghetto a$$ shoelace attached to the mirror and the visor to hold it up because all it takes is two big vibrations from the bass to make it go all the way down. -_-
