So i drove about 30 miles today after i put 3 gallons in it and the warning light is already coming on when i put 3 gallons in it was already on E. But i know it shouldn't be coming down to the warning already. Can anyone offer any suggestions or reasons why this might be happening?

Fill up the whole tank and measure how many miles you drove and how many gallons you used. Adding three gallons to an empty tank would not do much.

My ES warns me pretty early, but your situation sounds normal to me. 3 gallons isn't much man.

3 gallons is about 60 miles for me.....but that would be including the last drop....I am interested in a chip set..for better MPG.
