I have drained the radiator and found the drain **** on the rear of the block but wondering if there is a drain on the front of the block. I cannot locate it if there is one. The factory manual seems to indicate that there is just one drain on the block but it is not clear to me. Any one know for sure?

I have looked and looked but it appears to me that there is only one drain port on the block of a 3VZ-FE and it is on the rear of the engine opposite of the oil filter. But mine might as well have none because when I opened the port by unscrewing the 14mm bolt, absolutely nothing would come out. It must be all gunked up and clogged inside and I would need to remove the entire drain **** to clean or replace. The good news is that I can get about 5 quarts drained from the radiator. So, with a total of 9 quarts in the entire cooling system, I can effectively "change" the coolant by adding 1 gallon of concentrate (Toyota red) to the radiator and the balance with distilled water. I end up with about a 50/50 mixture.
