...that you can switch between Recirculating and Fresh Air by twisting the temperature **** back and forth, when the A/C is off. Found it out today by pure accident.

 

I assume when the A/C is off the same logic is still applied that chooses between recirc and fresh as you twist the **** to change the temp? That is how mine works when the A/C is on but I never tried with it off, you can just push the button to override it.

Another tidbit I've found, when the CC is turned off, fresh setting provides flow through ventilation, and recirc turns that off.
