Abs sensor

Abs sensor
So after my strut install I ended up with abs codes. Checked codes and cleared them and am now stuck with code 32. I know it is the left front (drivers) wheel speed seņor that is malfunctioning. I traced the wiring from the sensor to the strut and then up the wheel well. Then it disappears above the wheel well behind the plastic shroud. Where the hell is the connecter?? I want to ohm it out and check the connection before I just replace it???

I had the same problem when I swapped my trans. Try cleaning the sensor first. If dirt gets in there, it will trigger the error. Be warned though. That little bolt that holds the sensor on the hub seems to rust in place. Broke both of mine and I had to drill and retap them.
Cleaning didn't fix mine, but I found an aftermarket one online for $22. Fit perfect and after installing, the code went away. Took it for a test drive today, but when I stop, sometimes the brakes feel like the abs is activating, even though the light does not come on. Not sure if it is an issue with the sensor or because I got (probably) some grease on the rotors. Didn't stomp on the brakes to see if the ABS would engage. Just happy the annoying flashing lights are gone.
