Could be a bearing noise. Try removing the alternator belt and see if noise is still there.

I always assumed the water flow sound was coolant getting sucked through the system. Mine has it too on a cold start.

And that does sound like a bearing or the slightly worn belt, bit hard to tell from the video.

I have started hearing this tic-tic sound recently (I noticed it after Timing belt job was completed at 100k, but that could just be coincidence or it started earlier but did not notice it). It does not go away after driving for a while either. Frequency grows if accelerator pressed.
Based on what I have read, it could be a lifter or injector issue. Have no idea what causes it or what fixes it. Should I be worried about it or its no big deal?

Finally I decided to try and locate the source of this ticking. Took the top engine cover off and tried to feel the ticking with scredriver. Seems to be coming from injector rod. I felt it strongest on the front rod on passenger side. See the pic below. Could it be because I have been putting nothing but 87 octane Costco gas for last few years or because it was not driven for 3 months last winter? I ran redline, techron and MMO in gas tank in last few months. Ticking did not go away.
