The front is OK, but the back is rubbing!!! DO I need to get a new shocks or maybe higher SPRINGS or get a S-BAR?

CAN someone help me out!!!! Plzzz guyzz

the wheels are so nice that I dont wanna sell them , they made in ITALY and they retails for 700 USD each+ tires are practically new!

thanks
Paul

p.s. I m selling my factory aluminum rims from es300 + 4 new all season good`year INTERGRITY tires on them . If anyone is interested in either one, plzz let me know!! I can also sell wheels separately if anyone wants to have an extra RIM!

Your problem is that the wheels are of wrong offset, fitting RWD wheels to FWD cars will often do that. You can try to shave the inner rear fender, but that may not cure the problem. There are NO higher springs available than the OEM ones. What's a S-BAR? Swaybar? If so, then it has nothing to do with wheels/tires.

yeah I meant S-way-bar!!! I thought it helps to kill the body roll so when I make the turns, the wheels wont rub that badly!

thanks LUC

What about using spacers to increase the offset? I remember somebody used spacers to fit 18x8 SC430 wheels on an ES, although I think the SC wheels have a 45mm offset to begin with.

Putting spacers (hubcentric rings) on will push OUT the wheels even more, so that will NOT work.

Swaybar helps in keeping your tires planted on the road while turning. Of course, if you intentionally install it upside down, then yes, that will raise your rear up, but you will have some pretty big fender gaps. You can try and get 215's instead, but there is no guarantee that it will not rub still.

hey.. nice to meet you here...
i m from Toronto too....

regard to your Question.... i think the tire is the matter(210 snwsport is pretty good winter performance tire.. more stick to the dry and wet road than regular all season tire)...
anyway what kind of offset is your BBS...cuz i knw GS run a pretty high off set in the rear....

also where are you locate...
any pic of your BBS on your ES...

Like Luc explained, you definitely have the wrong offset plus the tire size for the rim you have is too large. You may have to find another tire size and/or roll your fenders.
