19. SET NO.1 CYLINDER TO TDC/COMPRESSION
(a) Turn the crankshaft pulley and align its groove with the timing
mark ”O” of the No.1 timing belt cover.
On My crankshaft pulley wont align to the mark "O" why, if the camshaft timing pulleys
are aligned. ?
I change the water pump now it wont start.

Your camshaft timing is wrong. Line up the harmonic balancer to the zero mark, line up your camshafts to their respective marks, install the belt. That's the short version.
