how to change lower sway bar in a lexus es300 2001

Hi, i have a lexus es300 "coach edition"
that i just brought and i just notice that the sway bar is broken. i was wondering if i have to drop the K member Or can i just pull it out and put an aftermarket one .. without having to drop a K member... trying avoiding dropping the K member. any adivce would be right about now...

Can you post a pic of that broken sway bar? Not a very common issue.
Don't have to drop the subframe, you can dismount and remove the bar. Takes a bit of maneuvering to get it out, I've done it on a lift, not sure how high you'd have to jack it to be able to fish it out otherwise.
