Post Replacing Valve cover gasket

I need to replace my valve cover gasket on my 94 es300. Is this something that can be done at home? If so, are there any gotcha's?

thx...

Do-able at home...but the rear bank is the hardest one to work with. You will need to remove the intake plenum to do so.

How many miles are on your engine???
Mine had about 139,000 when the vc gaskets went bad. Had them replaced and developed 3 more leaksin about 500 miles. The rear main seal and the cam seal. I would be careful because it will find more ways to leak, just be prepared. I have to sell my 1993 es300 because my mom is the owner and does not want to put any more money into it.

I am going to get them replaced and sell the car. By the way, I have 180k on her. Its just the leaking has been going on for quite some time... I appreciate your feedback, I just don't want to dump more money into the car. thx guys.
