got a deal (sorta ) on a 1999 es300. It bogs hard under acceleration and lacks the power to make it up a hill. been researching and replacing parts as I go here's what's been replaced
1.knock sensor
2.maf sensor
3.pcv valve
4. air filter&fuel filter
5. gas
6. spark plugs
7. bad coil pack
8. 02 sensor
swapped relays ,cleaned intake, tb, iac . ran seafoam and techron through. got it down to one lean code po171 .idles high even after being warm , i slam the gas and go from 1200rpm to 2k but no higher, until i let off a bit . here's a video of what it does. i'm at witts end HELLPPPPPPP

Sounds like restricted fuel delivery or weak spark. You need to check your fuel pressure at idle and fuel flow(harder to do). If anything, remove your fuel pump and inspect its filter and other related components that attach to that assembly.
Could you please list the manufacturers of each part that you replaced, and who did the labor?
