Attempting to replace front lower ball joints and really got myself into a mess. The top nut on the ball joint was completely stripped so I cut the ball joint off level with the knuckle on the hub and attempted to pry it out but had no luck. I then cut the ball joing off leave with the bottom of the knuckle so that all that remained was the spindle in the knuckle hoping that it would fall out but it did not. So I then banged on it and sprayed it with PB Blast with no success and then decided to drill it out and even that didn't allow it to come out.. Any ideas? I'm really stuck here.

Your picture is so close can't see what is going on there. If I follow you correctly to have the cut off stud stuck in the knuckle. You are probably going to have to pull that off and take it to a pro to drill it out. Or just get a new used Camry knuckle they have to be cheap from boneyard.

That hole is tapered, so you can't simply drill it out. It might work if you remove the knuckle from the car, then heat what's left of the balljoint with a torch. But going by your picture, the knuckle is damaged and needs to be replaced.
