Default Rubber Bushing Cracked on Engine Moving Control Rod

I have an 2002 ES300
The rubber bushing inside the engine moving control rod is cracked. Can i replace just the rubber or do i need to buy & replace the entire rod?
The control rod is located on the upper left (passenger side) of the engine.

They're fairly inexpensive ($30-50) and are usually replaced as a whole unit.

Just FYI, they're more commonly referred to as Dog Bone Mounts or a Torque Strut Mounts.

Go OEM. Aftermarket motor mounts are junk.
