I currently in my 92 ES300 have two amps, subs, and all aftermarket items in my car. I get this engine noise and have tried everything. Today I saw a post about the factory amp causing this problem so I disconnected it. That made things worse. I know it has something to do with the amp but I don't know what. Any ideas?

What kind of noise?

Well okay let me give you my set up first:

Two MTX Terminator Subs
A monoblock Hifonics Amp
A 4channel Boss Amp
Kenwood Excelon KDC-X395 Headunit

I have got a great ground
No speaker wire touches power wire

This noise changes when I accelerate but also I get a kind of popping noise when I first turn on the car as well. If you can help with either of these I would appreciate it and you would help complete my system.

Diagnosing a noise without hearing it is very difficult, so I was trying to figure out what kind of noise it was. Ex.: Ringing, Howling, Knocking, Hissing, Clicking, etc..

From what I have gathered is that it's a rotational noise and it changes with engine speed. I would check the alternator, because you're working with electrical components. The alternator has brushes that can make all sorts of noises over time.

No I told you its engine noise through the speakers not alternator noise the alternator is fine. The first noise is a humming noise that increases with rpms then theres a popping noise that happens when I turn the car off/on

It's engine whine.
You'll need to buy an adaptor/plug that'll connect to your head-unit - it'll stop the noise, or, at minimum, reduce it.

Walhnutz, you weren't clear enough in your first few posts, and considering the fact that I've never dealt with aftermarket audio, I thought you had a mechanical issue. Best of luck with the suggested adapter.

You likely need to buy a ground loop isolator.

Please excuse me I meant no rudeness as you can well imagine it is an annoying problem but I don't want to sound rude for your help. I was thinking about running a separate power wire for the radio to the battery with an inline fuse of course. Do you think that would help because I know the problem is because of this factory amp that has not been properly dealt with. Again sorry for sounding rude.
