Default spark plug change 04 ES

Got a price from my lexus dealer for plug change on my 04. 3 prices from 3 different people.
$358, $365, and $372 from the service manager.. I email the manager ask why, all she says is the price of plugs and labor, not why I get 3 prices. Pissed me off. Emailed there other dealer, same owner, and asked what's there price? Do they do the same thing? different people, different prices? My local dealer is about the same, don't trust them with the plug change, I'm just pissed.

Yeah that seems awfully high.

I got sick tonight, my grandmother payed almost $650 for tire rotation, washer fluid, and new Power Steering fluid at Performance Lexus of Cincinnati.

I think i will wait till 120000 miles on the plugs, car is running great. Lead salesperson cleared up the price problem, still feel I should have been treated better. Merry Christmas everyone. Take care and be safe.

You're expecting too much of a Lexus dealership for everyone there to be honest and on the same page. That's just the way it is. Getting pissed won't help either. Just go to a Toyota dealership or a reputable independent. You may get three different costs at a Toyota dealership too, and if you do, I'll bet all three will be less than Lexus.
