Hi guys,
I've researched the forums a bit, but I haven't found an answer to this, perhaps somebody out there can help...
Driver's side heated seat switch in my 2000 es has a low/high rocker switch. Locked up due to previous owner's coffee spill; after taking completely apart, I found that the plastic had actually melted inside where the contacts are, so it's dead. Time to find a used one.
So, I ordered one on eBay only to find it wasn't compatible; it fits in the hole, but the connector is different, and it's only an on/off button. I guess the switch is different from previous years, but every oem parts place I look I get the same on/off switch, part number8475133021 (the switch has the number 15375 on it). The switch I'm looking for has the number 974-5F04 stamped on it.
Anybody have any ideas? My *** is getting cold!
Thanks...

This should be the correct part number: 84751-33021
Expensive from a dealer about $70, best trying to find one from Ebay or an auto wreckers.

Yeah 00-01 has the high-low ("2 stage") heated seats, the earlier years have just a single setting. You'll want to make sure you see a picture of what you are getting next time. You should be able to get your money back if the seller claimed it was compatible with your ES300.
