Check inside your glovebox. There is a button that disables the trunk release, so that valets can't get into your trunk. Press that, and try the trunk again.
theres a fuse for that function?? Never knew that! Anyhow, I went into my glove box and I found that feature that disables the truckpop. It was pushed out, so I pushed it in and my TRUNK POOPER works now. Yippy, thanks for the help guys. I hated having to get out and use the key to do it. Im pumped.....

Yeah, I found that thing by accident. When my trunk release wasn't working, I opened the glove box in order to get the owner's manual, and in doing so, I saw that little button.
