Hello all,
I am not too familiar with leds, so I was wondering if anybody can help me find a small round led with a flat top that is clear, but lights up a green similar to the type of green on the AC button/tape player lighting? I want the color to match the factory looks.
Thanks
Charley

Try searching http://www.mcmelectronics.com/ That's where I found regular bulbs for my radio fix. The bulb I used was 6mm x 3mm. You can probably go 4 x 3 with better results.

Im looking for something like this, but instead to have like 2mm diameter or less.
I plan on hardwiring a bluetooth into the factory radio's tape function. I want the led for indication that the bluetooth is on. Not for T3 to replace the factory stereo bulbs.
Thanks for the help, but if anybody familiar with leds to help me find something like above, that would be awesome.

Hello,
Do you have a link? Is your setup with an external bluetooth receiver?
I had already completed an AUX jack, but hate that the wires always get damaged and a wire in the way.
My plan is to have it internally hardwired with a relay that when the tape button is pushed, the relay will allow powering of the Blutetooth. I am also adding a USB port onto the factory faceplate so that I can charge my Iphone. Everything will be hardwired internally and will not be seen, except the USB port and LED for indication that the Bluetooth is on.
