Default Engine misfire at cruising speed

I posted a different thread about my engine shaking, which I believed to be related to the IACV. However, the the misfires are also present when I am at cruising speeds. From what I read, an IACV is highly unlikely to cause misfires at speed. Could anyone help me figure out what could be causing this. The shaking does get worse at idle, but under light load I also feel a slight misfire in the engine.
PLEASE if someone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Is your check engine light flashing when it misfires?
Scan ECU for codes and see if there are any. If you have a misfire then it should show up.

Yes, my CEL is flashing when it starts to shake at idle. Once i accelerate and the engine stabilizes, the light goes back off.

Misfires are not good for the catalytic converter. You need to see if there are any codes stored. It will tell you which cylinder(s) are misfiring or you might get a random misfire.

Check the ECU for codes, but it sounds like you either have a failing hot plug/ignition coil or maybe you have a crack in the spark plug wiring.
