Default Few Winter Pictures of My 2000 es300 With My New Camera

Just picked up my first camera the other day, a Nikon J1, and have been messing around a little bit. Some heavy snowflakes began to fall this morning so I went out to take a few pics on my es300 in the snow.. Let me know what you think!

Those are really cool, do you have any more?

p.s.: Do you have a guide on how you did your turn signal mirrors?

I have some more on my computer I'll get around to posting soon. Thanks for the positive feedback! And yes I do have a thread on the LED mirror signals.. Here's the link https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es3...n-signals.html

If I remember correctly they would allow you to separate the actual mirror housing from the mirror base, but I believe mine were stuck and I did not want to damage the screws or mirror trying to break them free so I just worked around it!

I apologize for the somewhat sloppy write-up on the turn signals as that was a few years ago and I did not know how to make very organized posts. If you have anore questions about the turn signals feel free to direct them to me via that thread or via a direct message and I will try my best to help.

Here's the link again:

The mirror can be taken off the base. You have to de-pin the connector so the wires can pass through to fully separate the two. Those screws are fitted with thread locker from the factory, so if one is tough to remove, you can heat it for a bit (I use a solder iron) and it will come right out.

I like the mirror signals, IMO every car should have visible turn signals from the side. Nice integration. I had been trying to think of a way to integrate the a signal LED very discretely.
