Needle fix help
Hello I plan on fixing my burned out needles for my 2nd gen ES300. I posted some questions on the other Low Budget DIY thread but haven't got any responses so I decided to create a new thread.
I bought some 12v 3mm leds. I was wondering how much actual voltage comes from the needles. Will I require any resistors?
Here's what I bought:

did you already read the DIY threads from Lexcan (?...i think that's who posted...). He discussed voltage as well, I think. I don't know the answer.
Another option is to contact Tanin Electonics. He may even be a site sponsor here. He rebuilds the clusters, climate controls, radios, etc..

^^^^^^^^^ ya, him... that's the guy I was talkin bout! really happy with my cluster they fixed. Now I have to crack open my tight wallet for the climate control & radio. The radio is a tough biscuit because for $100 I can have a new, better technology, MP3 input, etc.... ******sigh******
