Those are stock 00-01 tails that have been smoked/tinted;
You can get lucky on ebay, but most of the time budget around 500$ from US scrappers. Each corner is 300$ish from the dealer
Come to think of it, this is the 'lucky day' deal right here, whole set for 150$ which is what one of the pieces normally goes for [x4]

Its a spray can(get it any automotive store or walmart) or black tinted sheet. i like those smoke/tinted tail light. Its only done on certain areas. looks clean on any colour too
