Thanks all, I decided to join up here as the New Zealand forums are quite slow moving, and relatively boring. As for mods, It already has a very sweet sounding stainless steel racing muffler. Suits the look of the car, and totally brings out that V6 sound.
The interior is as mint as the exterior, and this second generation ES is my favourite.
I want to lower her 2", but I know for a fact I'll destroy the muffler, I have issues already with the height of the muffler off the ground.
I quite like the stock look, and because it's so immaculate, it's a genuine head-turner.

Thanks, looking around here, some nice rides. These are getting harder to find in New Zealand, I intend to keep it till it dies. All I've needed to do in almost 3years of ownership is a new radiator, and top engine anti-vibration mount.
It has 193,000km on it and goes very very well.

You could use a mild headlight polish, but that's just nitpicking. I have to agree that clean older cars often stand out more than new cars.

I do need to sharpen up the lights again, the PlastiX stuff is great, but I feel like it's only a couple of months before I need to do it again. Oh well, I polish the car every season, so it's no great issue doing the lights

To lower, or not to lower .... hmmmm

Change out those rims, and while you're at it, LS400 caliper upgrade!

Been debating the wheel change, but to be honest, I would rather lower it, for around 2/3 of the cost. Are the LS400 calipers twin-pot??
