Default My new to me 02 ES300

Bought my daughter a 02 ES300 with 102K on the clock. One owner, TB and WP done at 90K, great service records at Lexus dealer. Complete with Nav and HID. Has the rear spoiler. Not sure if that was an option. Car drives very well and is averaging 23mpg. I changed the cabin filter, added a K&N air filter, changed the plugs for peace of mind to NGK iridium and added full interior LED's and license plate led's from V-LED's. i will be installing a vaistech or Grom Audio in the near future. I looked at other cars but kept coming back to Lexus. Something about the wife's RX and my SC in the driveway I guess.

What a lucky girl! My first car was a beaten down corolla.

Thanks guys. She's a great girl, straight A student and about to start college soon. I wanted a safe and reliable car since she will be 7 hrs away at school. I like to wrench when I have the time and with the help of CL and all of the great DIY's here, I do most of the maintenance myself. BTW, can someone confirm if this rear trunk spoiler is OEM?

Very nice! The interior of the 4ES will always be among my favorite Lexus interiors...

She is a lucky girl indeed!

Is that a police car in your driveway?

No that spoiler is not OEM. In 2002, there was not an option for a spoiler. When I got mine, it also had a spoiler but its different than yours.

Thanks. I didn't think it was OEM because I havent seen one on an ES. Tho paint is a perfect match and whoever installed it did a great job.
