Toronto peeps, help me out
OK the easiest way for Lexus ES 300 ownership is for me to get a car from TO and I got a hook up back there so I need to know if I can get a ES 300 for around $6500 fully loaded with around 130kms and 5spd if possible ( how hard are 5spd to find back there ? ) If its auto oh well but also I need to know how well do ES 300's stand up to Toronto winters ? do they rust out easily ?
thanks

almost impossible to find a 5 spd.
go to www.trader.ca to price the toronto cars
for $6500 you will probably get one with 250+km, or one that is tampered to read 120 (but with the roughness of a car with 250+k), there are tons of cars like that here, you look at it and it looks like it has 300k, but odometer reads 95k.. hahaha lots of crooked dealers, watch out when you get a car from here.

oh, you can for sure get it done to a digital odo. Ive seen the units for sale, and you can also get it done for a couple hundred. Theres always a way to get past things. Sad part is that I'll never trust an odometer again. They are basically usless when it comes to resale, especially from a party you dont trust.
