Default It's about time!

Hi ya'll. I have a 2002 ES300 that's been treating me well over the years (just batteries and tires and a starter) I just bought an IS but I intent to keep this car for a very long time. This ES is still my daily driver. It was bought with every option imaginable! NAV, ML, adjustable suspension, rain sensor...hid...etc...

Here's the run down: The car has 181K+ miles on it with the following

original timing belt w/original water pump
original serpentine belts
original spark plugs
original brake fuild
original coolant (i probably put in about 1/4 liter of distilled water over the years.)
1st set of front rotors replaced at 110K

Besides paying for $300 to replace the starter last year, I have done NOTHING this car! I use 5W30 wal mart synthetic oil (the one that comes in the 5qt container that costs < $20) every 10K miles and never missed an oil change. I use SuperTech oil filters from wal mart. I replace my air filter every other oil change but use air compressor to clean it out other times.

Last week I replaced the car battery and had issue with car not idling. I read the post in here and drove the car with both feet until the ECU relearns. Now the car idles fine. I know I need to clean out the throttle body (thank you Bdub215 . My question is, besides cleaning out the throttle body, which maintenance should I do first?

Let's just say I have to do the maintenance in the order of importance, do I replace the timing belt first? then what's next? Is there something else I missed on that list?

Sorry for the long post

Way past time, All of the above. Also do a transmission fluid change, and power steering fluid change. The bank 1 and bank 2 oxygen sensors should be replaced also with new Denso brand OE fit. Fluids are less expensive and would be a good place to start.

thanks Moonphase, I'm going to do the fluids first. My mechanic wants $480 for all the fluid replacements plus the transmission flush.

next step is all the belts?

Tackle the timing belt and water-pump ASAP.
At 180K you've doubled the suggested mileage use for the belt.
Should it break, your engine will be toast.

Buy the Aisin timing belt kit with waterpump from RockAuto and have your mechanic install it. Since your changing the waterpump you'll have to replace the coolant - stick with Toyota Red. And the serpentine belts will have to come off to get to the timing belt, so good time to change those too. Consider changing the front seals while your in there.

Here's a video of throttle body cleaning on my Camry. Same procedure, however you could leave this for when you do the spark plugs as the intake will have to come off anyway to remove the plenum to access the rear plugs.

And here's a DIY on the plug change:
