Strut Bar reduce "sagging" ???
I just lowered my car using a 2in drop. There is no major sagging, but I can tell that the rear is sitting lower then the front. Maybe its not sitting lower, but the wheel gap is tighter. Actually there is no wheel gap, the tires are slightly tucked inside. Anyhow, I want my front wheels to do the same thing. I would just hollow out the wheel wells. I have a front strut bar, would removing that cause the front to do what the rear is doing. Basically Im asking if a strut bar reduces sagging? Someone let me know.....

No, the front strut brace doesn't do anything for lowering/elevating, it just adds support so the engine "box" won't flex much. Better get a camber kit for your 2"-drop, otherwise, you'll be going through tires pretty quickly.

My car sits on stock wheels and suspension, and the wheel gap in the rear is about an inch tighter than the front. It's the same way on a lot of cars.
So, assuming you dropped the front and rear by the same amount, the gap in the rear is going to be tighter than the front.
