Trunk VERY hard to close 04 ES330?
A few days ago my trunk started not closing normally out of the blue.
By that I mean I have been able to close it by slamming it VERY hard.
I tested the release in the car and it works as does the one on the key fob if I press
them after manually resetting the lock on the trunk.
Even the lock makes no sense. I can take a screwdriver and push in on the lock and it
locks like it should but when I just close the trunk like normal it will not catch.
In other words I can get it to work right in every way except closing the trunk normally.
Any ideas or advice greatly appreciated.
