I'll simply say Welcome! I posted my vehicle a few days ago and haven't received any reply's, while this forum is good for information I don't think anyone here is concerned with greeting new members as the title of this thread implies.

hello, im new to the club also. I have a silver 2002 es300, i love it. I got it last year, it's in fair condition, drives good and the problems i've have is with it starting up sometimes. at first i thought it was the ignition. I just replaced my battery today, waiting to see if it that.

I have a question, my 1999 ES300 Lexus has a funny noise that is getting worse from the engine compartment. Sounds like a pulley going bad, but I can't pinpoint the problem. Anyone have any suggestions?

Just purchased 2001 ES300 with 136,000 miles on it for
$6995 this past Sunday. We were looking for anther type of car until we saw this one and said why not? Very nice car! It has an Alpine navigation unit inset in the drivers visor. It is missing the remote which I think is required to use it. Anyone has info on this unit?

New here !
Just picked up an 04' ES 330.
So far love it, its quite a different ride from my old cars. A WRX, 328i, Miata and Saab can't compre.
Still keeping the miata though!

I was surprised to learn it was really a FWD and based on the camry.

Default First Time Owner in Texas

Hi All. Just wanted to drop in and introduce myself (well, my car). I just got a 2002 ES 300 with 150K miles on it. It seems to have been very well maintained and runs perfectly. While this is my first Lexus, I have had several Toyotas in the past, so I am really expecting to get another 150K miles out of this one ;-)

Hi, I'm new to the forum. Have had my ES330 since it was new in 2004. Can't post pictures now 'cause it is at the dealer having the carpet removed because the sunroof drains clogged
up and the last storm put about an inch of water on the floor. Then the mold started to grow.
Expensive job, I've filed an insurance claim.

Default Lexus forever?

Hi Gang-

New to this forum, but have had a 2002 Lexus ES300 since new in Nov., 2001. Before that a new '98 ES300, but liked the update, so traded in!

With 130+K miles on the car, I am interested in doing some items requiring tech expertise. Am I in the wrong place?? I see lots of helpful hints and how-to's on the forum and I'm enjoying reading member's comments on and pictures of their cars.

Will post questions and I hope good people will help out...

Paul
