Thanks for the advice man. Was actually considering of switching out my tires to 215-45-17s.

One last question. How is it when you have passengers or heavy load at the back seat/trunk?

No problems with rubbing at all.

Is it possible the rear struts and springs are worn out which are causing more than usual camber angles?

I’ll take a look on the rear struts also. Though it doesn’t feel busted or worn out. Still I’ll check it. Thanks for the tip man! I’ll let you know if it works

Other than that, it's possible Continentals are just that little bit too wide, which can happen due to design. I know my tires just barely clear the rear struts and I've seen little tire marks on the strut housings, so I know they made contact at some point.
