Ebay, Rockauto.com are two that come to mind. Why not go to a local parts supplier, or try auto parts way . ca (no spaces). There are no specific parts that perform better at lower temperatures, what is important is the lubricant used on the caliper slide pins, 3M silicone paste is best IMO.

Why do you need calipers, what is wrong with the ones on your car? What year is your car?

Check out Amazon.com for AC Delco professional ceramic pads, and low noise rotors, as they have a better tier rating than most other brands. I wouldn't think below 0 degrees F. temp. would affect calipers differently in USA, or Canada. Cold temp operation would likely require brake fluid replacement more often, as it absorbs moisture over time which would freeze in the system. No recommendation on caliper brand, but some one else might have input.

Most often Amazon.com won't ship auto parts to Canada, and Amazon.ca is next to useless.

You can always get remanufactured / rebuild caliper from Canadian tire or PartSource...or even local caliper rebuilder. And pads from Canadian Tire / Part Source is perfectly fine.

And there is warranty on the part. If you get the part from the states and something is wrong or wrong part, itis a hassle shipping them back...
