17'' Sacchi rims

the last wheel is what id go with as it doesnt take away from the vehicle itself. you dont want a rim that looks better than the car itself; you want the wheel to compliment the vehicle and vice-versa.
and pic of your current ride would help out : )

those are going to look like ****... anytime I see a pep-boys special with exposed multi holes on a car, it looks horrible. To each his own, right. But this is my opinion. Keep what you have or get something more quality looking, those look cheap and always will.
Honestly, get them refinished, it'll run you 0?-100$/rim, they'll strip the chrome and powder coat them whatever color you want.
If it costs 100$/wheel in Canada, it would be much cheaper in the US...

To be honest, man.. Those wheels look a little tacky..
Nothing looks more cleaner than all original equipment. I'd go with some stock 17" or 18" lexus\toyota rims. Some 18" sc430 wheels would look clean on that 3es of yours
Just my opinion though...

there are lots of clean 5 spoke wheels by Konig/5zigen etc. but they are probably more than u want to spend. : )
the point i think people here are trying to make is that you drive a Lexus and and not just any wheel will compliment this vehicle without giving it that "tacky" look.
the reason people here suggest going with an OEM Lexus wheel is because since you mentioned that your on a low budget, Lexus oem wheels give the car that "luxury" look without sacrificing your wallet.
the wheels you are looking at would be better suited on an older 90s civic or honda accord or camry.
