I recently purchased a 2000 platinum edition es300. I bought it at a steal of a price, and the car has been good to me so far. On Saturday i decided i wanted to clean up my tires and i come outside and see this. Someone backed up directly in to my fender. Can i pdr this with no sign of previous damage or should i replace the fender.

I wouldn't try to diy it. If it were me I think I would try to save the emblem and get a new fender, it looks like you have one of those god awful stick-on dealer pinstripes; there won't be any saving that if you replace the fender. (in my opinion I would have it removed anyway.)
The reason I'd lean towards replace is that peak at the top. body repair is kindof like unfolding paper. if you just rolled the paper up in a tube, sure, you can flatten it, but if you put a crease in it...
If you decide to go the PDR route have a well reviewed professional look at it first; they'll know better the limits not only of the pdr techniques, but also themselves as a technician. Some are better than others, and most won't say they can remove something if they don't think they can,

That looks like a bit too much for PDR, but you could have someone who does that take a look,
Since the front fender is a bolted on piece, it is fairly simple to get a new/used one and have it painted to match.

A PDR tech could probably take 95% of that out, which is not really good enough. You likely need a new fender.

To properly repair that you might have to blend into hood and door. Is car's color black? Is so, you might get away with painting just the fender. I did this job years ago and fender was silver.

Looks nice. Yes my car is black. My brother popped out the dent yesterday. The damage looks very minimal now, should be an easy fix for a pdr tech. I havent gotten around to purchase the fender from the scrap yard
