A/C Controller unit replacement/headlights
Hello,
Does anyone have a replacement A/C Controller unit (the thing above the stereo) for a '92-96 ES300 that they are willing to sell that is in good condition with working lights and no physical damage? Also does anyone know where I can get some '96 style headlights to buy (and those angel eyes too).

For the climate control unit, a salvage place like TAP Recycling may be a good place to look. When I needed a replacement trip computer for my 3 series, I found a salvage place online that dealt with BMW parts (TAP deals with Toyota/Lexus).
Note that the climate control unit changed slightly in 1994 to add an "Outside Temp" button. If the connector is the same, you may be able to use a 94-96 control unit, with an inoperable Outside Temp function.
As for the 96 style headlights with the smoke tint and the three lines across, they appeared on the 95 model as well. Once again, check salvage yards, or they occasionally pop up on eBay (although usually one side at a time). There's a place in IL that specializes in selling salvaged headlight assemblies, they have auctions up on eBay all the time, you might want to find them, and call them with a request.
