Sorry to take so long to respond but have been quite busy with work and the process of buying and customizing my 2004 Harley Heritage Softail Classic. Been thinking more about bikes than cars lately.
The tsb is titled Suspension - Front Coil Spring Creaking Noise. Number SU006-02
The noise apparently comes from rubbing between the coil spring upper insulator and the urethane tube covering the top of the coil spring. The fix is a remanufactured upper insulator that eliminates the urethane tube.
I was initially reluctant to purchase a subscription to a site such as Aldata but have found the benefit to more than outweigh the cost. Going into the dealership with facts in hand made a difference in the outcome after several failed attempts by the shop. I would certainly recommend that purchase. All dealers should have access to this info however some obviously need to be pushed more than others.
Hope this helps.
