Hello everyone, I'm brand new here as I just found your forum. This place is GREAT! I've been looking all over for info on replacing my steering rack bushings as I'm a bit of a DIY guy at heart (former auto mechanic who moved onto other professions).

I've got all the technical info for removal of the rack, etc. But I have only ever worked on American cars, so imports are new to me. I'm hoping, someone who has had experience with these bushings could share any helpful tips & tricks that might help me make this a smooth 1 weekend job to get done?

I haven't started on it as of yet hence this is more of a proactive inquiry to see if there are any tricky spots, dos or don'ts, etc.
