Hello!

I'm a proud owner of a 2005 Lexus ES300. Looks like I'm a minority living in Montana. I was fortunate enough to inherit the car. :-) I'm happy to be on the forum.

Cheers,

Joe

Default Hi Club Lexus, New guy....nice car....need help...!!!!!

Hi everyone. I’m Stephen and my daily is an 04’ ES330. It’s been a great ride, until last week...😔😔 Trans is surging on take off and holding tight at 4K rpms when I give full throttle. It’s Like it’s wanting to take off but it can’t. Since I’ve owned the vehicle, the trans fluid and filter was done in November 2017 and November 2019, as well as all routine maintenance kept up to date. Any ideas/help is and will be greatly appreciated.

Nothing major, just small things for now.

Default Old member, new car

Hi all,

I was a long-time GS430 owner, but parted ways with mine a couple of years ago. I knew it wouldn't be long before I decided to sample the rest of the Lexus offerings from the mid-2000's. Here's my latest: a 2006 Lexus ES330. I apologize in advance for the awful picture, and will take a few more soon. It had everything I wanted, and I was able to negotiate a killer deal from the motivated seller, so much so that I was able to perform the timing belt service, new plugs, and new tires while still staying within my budget. Looking forward to learning the peculiarities of the last year of the ES330.

I might take you up on your offer of advice. I recently purchased a 2005 ES330 in mostly great shape but with a couple of scratches and one small rust bubble. I won't be doing cosmetics on it for a while until the Minnesota weather warms u a bit. Thanks for the offer. Jim

Default I Need a Stereo Replacement

Greetings all!
I have a 1997 es300 with 105,000 miles that I plan to drive for at least a decade if gas holds out. The only problem is that the stereo has no LCD. None at all! So I am looking for a replacement. Reply here if you have one for sale.
Thanks!

Don't bother, a replacement display could fail in short order. Replace the sound system with a modern unit.

Any interest in a 2000 ES 300 with 179k miles, located in SW PA. Typical small rust spots and some small things need fixed but I have been using it as a work beater (but not beaten) for the past 10 years.
