Default Steering Wheel Vibration after Service

I just picked up my '06 330 (100k miles) from a dealership. Services performed were:
-oil change
-tire rotation
-timing belt replacement
-drive belt replacement
-water pump replacement
-engine coolant replacement

It seems that the steering wheel vibrates more than before. Interestingly, the vibration isn't speed-sensitive. Anyway, is this caused by tire rotation? Or, possibly by something else?
