Hello all Club Lexus members. I know ive probably had my account for a while, Anyhow I drive a 1998 Es300 and I came about this little thing, and I cant find out what its purpose is? Anyone care to share? It just turns probably 3/4 one way and then another 3/4 turn the other way. Thanks for any info!

It controls the volume of the noise your car makes when you press the key fob to lock or unlock your car. At least thats what the 2003 one does though i'd imagine they were the same.

ohhhh that makes sense. Every time I use the fob it doesn't make any beeps or noise at all. so it must be turned down. ill try that tomorrow and see what the verdict is, thank you for your reply!
