Headlight Bulbs HID
I have an 02 es300. My drivers side low beam bulb is out. I have the HID package on my car. I ordered the bulb online which is the correct part number for my VIN. It is 90981-20001. I had the bulb put in and it is a completely different color. The original bulb has a blue tint and the new one is completely white and doesnt match. I am wondering if the bulb i ordered online might be bad as it was from ebay. I am debating ordering the part from the dealer even though it is the exact same part. The dealer won't return the bulb once i purchase. Has anyone replaced their HID bulb on this car and did they have any problems with the color being completely off? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Many of those bulbs on eBay are fakes, no matter what it says on them, or what the seller claims for them. The quality of such bulbs is also sub-par.
So I'm not sure what you bought.

HID bulbs become more and more blue with age. You must replace both HID's when one goes out to match color and brightness. I recommend just ordering from HIDextra or XenonDepot, not ebay.
Get 2 5K or 6K bulbs
Bulbs being 'fake' doesn't apply unless you are looking for Philips OEM bulbs.

I changed the bulb from the dealer and it is still a different color. It looks white and doesn't look like an HID bulb as the other one is more blue. The lights have had a bluish tint since we bought the car. I read the post saying how these lights turn blue with age but these new bulbs just don't look right.

What don't you get, the bulbs turn blue with age, when your car was new the bulbs looked as white as the new bulb you just put in.
These are OEM HIDs the point is to be bright white light. You might be comparing your HIDs to the bluish bulbs you see the kids running, they are buying bulbs specifically that are more blue to look cool. You can buy a set of those bluish bulbs too if you want to. These are sold by color temperature, your OEM HID bulbs are going to be a 4300K most likely, the bluer looking bulbs are 5000K and up from there depending on how cool you want to look vs. proper white light.
Here is a pic of my 01 ES300, I swapped OEM HIDs in with original 2001 bulbs see how blue they are, I ended buying new bulbs that returned the light to a white color, expensive but new bulbs every 12 years is not bad.

I get it now. The blue on mine doesn't look like the blue after market bulbs though. I'm going to change my passenger bulb as well. Do you have instructions on how to do this?
