TRD Air Cleaner For 03 ES300??

You guys have probably fielded this question before. Does installing a TRD air filter really add any noticable performance to the 3.0 engine? Also, any MAF concerns?

Yeah, just the air filter. Just looking for an inexpensive and not too intrusive way to get a little more juice out of her. I have a Tundra and she seems a little anemic after driving the truck. I know it's not fair to expect a 3.0 to perform like a 5.7. Thanks for the advice. I'll leave it alone.
