2jz motor in a 94 es300?
I was wondering what motor swaps i could do on my es300... looking for an engine that i could do more modifications with without having to do everything custom, such as a turbo or supercharger. Thank you!

Why stop there, why not put in an LFA engine?

Do you really want an answer to your question? Sure no problem, I'll post in detail the extensive fabrication and modification needed to put such a drivetrain in a front wheel drive car. You have $50,000 plus to throw around? Do you have a fully equipped shop and have decades of fabrication experience?

I guess using google, or even the search forum is overrated huh?
Had you done that, you would've seen the previous clowns get mocked for asking the exact same question...

Two things. One, I don't ever recall seeing anyone covert a front wheel drive car to RWD. I'm sure it's been done though. Two, it is far, far cheaper just to buy a car that came with a 2JZ from the factory. Why the eff would you even think about doing such a swap in the first place? The answer to that is, you forgot to think and have watched too many Fast and Furious movies where they trick out daily drivers in an afternoon.

Well if you have the money 2JZ and changing the car to a rwd and with all the fabrication, sure yes you can.
I mean dont get me wrong, I have crazy ideas for the ES, but my idea was maybe getting the engine from the new ES300 or Avalon,2GR-FE, making about 268hp, that is more hp then we have lol
Also thought of using the Nissan Maxima engine, VQ35DE, 290 hp. I mean hey you can dream.
or get the super charger, which is more practical.
Happy modding my friend

I would take the money and put it towards a 2008 GS460. V8, 340 some horse, rear wheel drive and lots of torque. Torque is what wins races on the street. I learned that when I swapped out my 350 LT1 motor for an L78 396 in my '70 Z28 35 years ago.
