Is it true that the fuel filter does not have to be changed but every 60,000 miles or so. I did a seach and someone said you should change it around 60,000 miles. If so, is it also located behind the air filter. The search I did talked about a '92 Lexus.

On previous cars I have always changed at 30k.
It was never an expesive aftermarket filter, an was in a location that was easy for me to change myself.
I will probably keep that interval with my Lex, but I have not looked into how easy it will be to do myself. I'm not near 30k yet.
