i was looking to purchase a 2003 lexus es300 with 140,000 miles on it for an asking price of about $6,000. Is it likely for the es300 to last over 200k miles without major repair? with oil changes and regular maintenance kept in mind too. Here is a link to a es300 i was looking at earlier:

Drives smooth and has a clean carfax report, and records of many recent repairs are there. What should i expect in terms of problems would i run into for es300's over 150k+ miles? Does this sound like a good deal at all?

I hate the look of the yellowed headlights, get those buffed clean asap.
