Default 2003 es300 with 140k, is it a good buy?

i was looking to purchase a 2003 lexus es300 with 140,000 miles on it for an asking price of about $6,000. Is it likely for the es300 to last over 200k miles without major repair? with oil changes and regular maintenance kept in mind too. Here is a link to a es300 i was looking at earlier:

Drives smooth and has a clean carfax report, and records of many recent repairs are there. What should i expect in terms of problems would i run into for es300's over 150k+ miles? Does this sound like a good deal at all?

Looks good, make sure the timing belt and water-pump has been changed and your okay with the way the transmission shifts. Check for oil leaks around the valve covers. The car looks clean with the exception of a dent on the driver side rear foot-well. I'd offer $4500 and negotiate to $5000.

I hate the look of the yellowed headlights, get those buffed clean asap.
