My ES300 only turns on sometimes when I turn the ignition on. Other times I turn the key to ignition, it makes a sound coming from the middle a/c vent (behind it) and it only shows the rear light replacement light symbol on the dashboard.

Start here- Check battery (load test) and battery connections. A weak battery or dirty/ loose connections will cause a no crank.

Thanks will do. I have a feeling the previous owner also redirected the wiring because the front speakers are directed to the back and vice versa so maybe he must've messed with the other wires as well.
