Default 1994 lexus es300 climate control not working

so i was recently bypassing the amp under the passenger seat and i cut a few wires that didn't seam to be important. i don't think it has anything to do with the climate control but i just want to make sure. so i put everything back together and i discover the defrost, AC and heater wernt coming on. as soon as i found out i checked all the fuses and they where all fine. i then connected all the wires that didn't go back to the speakers and put the seat back in. didn't change. the weird thing is the display on the climate control still says the time on it and when i turn on the headlights the background light comes on around the dile and the switches on the climate control, if someone could help and give me some ideas it would be a huge help. thanks!

I have no idea why you would cut wires that you didnt identify, but having said that, and assuming that you connected things back correctly to their original state, than my bet is on a blown fuse. Or even more than one.

Make sure that you check each and every fuse, in all three fuse boxes in the car. Don't just check the fuses that you think are related to the AC circuit, ALL of them.
