Your 2014 plans for the ES
Hi,
Been awhile and yes, I still have my Lexus and enjoy driving it and whipping other modified cars on the road . What are your future plans and mods for your ES models? I have been working on my 95 AE101 Corolla and gonna swap a 1MZ or 3MZ V6 next year for daily use. For the ES300 I'm collecting new suspension and brake parts to improve handling and brake efficiently with front Supra rotors and caliper bracket extension if I can find one that ericsol made. The ivory interior will be replaced in favor of full black interior conversion with some brushed aluminum accents to liven up the interior. The 3VZFE and the E53 5 speed will see turbo next year so I'll be upgrading the engine internals and rebuild the transaxle with a helical gear LSD. Looking to get hopefully a reliable 350-400whp with a Garrett GT series turbo and a good tune. Looking forward to a new year with a bigger raise and a better position as a fully certified tech for Toyota.

Same situation
^^Me too. I have 171,000 miles on my 03 ES and this year it's going to need tires, timing belt, and some suspension components (struts, bushings, tie rod ends etc.)...I am still debating on whether I want to keep the car long enough to justify all that expense or just sell it and upgrade.
