hi does anyone has a link to a repair manual for a Lexus ES300 2003 free download,

I want to change the spark plugs but I don't know how, the rear ones are tough to change without repair manual.

Be aware that if you are going to change the air manifold gasket you order the right one, the one listed in the link above is for 330 which is a little bigger than the one required for the 300. Part number is 1717620020

The one I prefer is from Haynes available at local parts stores or I found on AMAZON...

As you know, most everything is very similar; I research part numbers using internet and then locate online or in local stores. Some dealers are helpful.

The manual is not as complete, some think, as factory one ($$$) However, it was detailed enough that it guided me through rear seal replacement and new timing belts on my '94 Camery 3.0 XLE (sold at 315,000 miles to buy my 96 ES300.)

BTW, i changed mine without removing intake, it was a hassle, but with 1/4 drive and lights/mirrors - it was possible. Easier if you loosen exhaist and motor mounts, rock engine FWD a bit... Recommend good plugs (Denso/NGK Platinum or better) so you won't have to do again for a while.

If I recall right, in the 96 you've got more clearance under the intake manifold than the 4th gen where as far as i could tell it wasn't possible to remove the middle coil without removing the intake.

The 4th Gen (02-06) has a plastic intake plenum that's too tight against the firewall and valve cover to get at the spark plugs. See my thread above for photos of why you can't do it.

I subscribed to TIS Toyota website, but I did not find any thing about spark plugs replacement for ES300 2003 or 2002. the only thing I found was for ES330 2005 and 2006. I did download them all. And also I downloaded EVERYTHING they have about ES300 2003.

I wish I saw you threads earlier. That would help me a lot. However anyone needS this repair manual just tell am gonna give to him.

I will download a video about it as soon as the snow melt so cold outside
