Post ES 300 or GS 300

Having owned your ES 300 for as long as you have, given the choice between an ES 300 or GS 300, which would you take?

Depends a little on the years you are comparing, if I had the money I'd be driving the current GS4, a 3 wouldn't be bad either. The first generation GS300 doesn't do quite as much for me, so that would be a little closer between the GS and ES, but I'd probably still take the GS. I do like my ES and have especially appreciated the FWD in the snow the last few days, so in a way it depends on what you're looking for out of the car.

I had a 2002 es300 loaner while my 99 GS4 was in the shop. The ES had some new gadgets and looks on the inside, but I was glad to get my gs back. I'd take a gs300 over the es300. However the es may be better in snow and ice.

I like performance so i would take the gs3 over the es3 any day.
If you know how to drive well, driving a rwd car in the snow is not that hard, plus adding Twin Turbos is nice.

I dunno about the twin turbos, but I think that if one knows how to drive well, a rwd car with good weight distribution and snow tires is actually BETTER than fwd in the snow. But then, I was born and raised in Michigan, where every senile granny knows how to drive in snow.

I apologize in advance if I've offended any senile grannies who may be members of this forum--no offense was intended.

I can't decide. I have never owned a rear wheel drive car.
On occassion I drive a 97 Ram 1500 pickup and a 1964 Chevelle SS w/ a 283 small block (sunny day car). Neither of those RWD can be compared to a modern RWD car.

I do like the lines of the new GS3s and GS4s.
I think for now, I'll keep my '02 ES. I ain't through with it yet.
